Information for participants
We are currently recruiting participants for our longitudinal study that aims to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Engineering industry. Thinking of signing up as a participant, but want more information? We’ve got you!
What’s involved?
We will invite you to complete short, online questionnaires a few times a year for five years where you can tell us about your experiences. Each questionnaire should take less than 15 minutes to complete and all questions will be optional.
Who is eligible?
If you finished your coursework for an engineering or computer science degree in New Zealand in 2023, you are eligible. You do not need to be a member of a historically excluded group to participate. We also need inclusion allies so we can learn about positive experiences others might be missing out on.
What are the benefits?
In addition to helping make the industry more inclusive (go you!), you will also receive gifts each year, receive invitations to exclusive networking opportunities, and receive personalised reports to help you reflect on your own sense of belonging and satisfaction with your career.
